Michael grew up on a bio–dynamic farm in Switzerland where he learned the importance of organic farming and quality over quantity, a place where artisanal products are the norm, not a luxury. Chef Mike’s passion for cooking took him to Thailand where he learned the art of blending fresh herbs and spices with coconut milk to create delectable curries. Mike’s Organic Curry Love was born out of a desire to raise the bar for prepared curries so busy people could enjoy a meal that is not just delicious and authentic, but also healthy.
