In the 1940s, George DeLallo sold Italian grocery items door–to–door in immigrant neighborhoods of western Pennsylvania. By 1954, he and his wife Madeline established a local grocery store that specialized in authentic Italian foods. Soon they offered traditional Italian products under the DeLallo name, and their business grew. Though they’ve grown, the DeLallo label still stands for the same things it has for over a half–century: authenticity, consistency, and integrity.
