Dana St. Pierre began making early versions of Fire Cider in the 1990’s to support his immune system and respiratory health. Through the years, he tinkered with what started as his grandmother’s ‘recipe’ of horseradish and honey, to make it both potent and palatable. Over a dozen years, Dana added a few new twists to the traditional New England tonic base of apple cider vinegar and honey.
